I know how heavily booked you all are and really appreciate the efforts you both made to see me (I hope you weren't too late for you Spring Hill meeting Kate!)
The care you both showed in assisting me and explaining things to me was absolutely wonderful. Dominique - the extreme lengths you went to to ensure my glasses would be of greatest benefit to me is above and beyond any fitting I have ever had. My mum was absolutely astounded by your skill and attention to detail - she got on my father's case as soon as she got home, as he wears the most 'ill fitting' pair of glasses I have seen in a long time.Once again ... thank you for making the time to see me - I have been wishing to have my eye health checked for the last 6 months and am very relieved to know I am now in two pair of very skilled and capable hands.
